WORLD NEWS – COLOGNE’S new chief of police says the mass sexual frenzy that took place in his city on New Year’s Eve was organised on social media and not by hardened criminals.As of Friday ten men are in custody and a further 44 are being sought, most of them North African, for the hundreds of sexual assaults and robberies committed against women in the city during celebrations on the last day of the year.

But new police supremo Jürgen Mathies – who drew up the security plans for police during the 2006 World Cup in Germany – said that there is “no evidence” that organized criminals were behind the attacks while admitting it will be hard to bring the offenders to justice.More than 1,000 crime reports about that one night had landed on police desks by the end of January, including 433 sexual assaults. one cant help but to wounder and ask oneself  Is the ISIS new tool called “Mass sex attack” or not ?
